At fastcarfinder.co.uk we try to show relevant adverts to anyone searching for a used car. If the Make and Model of the car you are advertising is incorrect for instance, your car will not be seen by anyone searching for the make and model of the car you are selling. Any car adverts that look incorrect will be suspended and will not be viewable to other users of this site. The seller will be contacted by email to correct their advert. The advert will be removed completely if the advert remains unchanged 24hrs from being suspended.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
